Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. This page explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
CA CMA CS Hub does not run analytics or advertising trackers and does not set up third-party marketing profiling. As a user you can browse public pages without creating an account.
- Server logs: like any web server, the hosting provider records brief technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to profile you.
- Account data: if and when accounts are enabled, we store only what is needed to sign you in (such as an email address and display name) and to keep a personal session. Preferences such as a selected course are stored on your device.
What we do not collect
- Payment details  we do not collect payments or payment card numbers.
- Content you upload  there is no user upload area.
- Location data beyond the coarse IP address a server log already records.
Cookies
We use only functional storage: items essential for signing in and for remembering view-state on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
External links
Public pages link out to third-party sites (YouTube, publisher or institute portals, and so on). Once you leave this site, that site's own privacy policy governs. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us via the Contact page with your request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
